Graeme Mackay, Pathfinder North, Central Implementation Manager

Graeme Mackay is the Project Manager for Pathfinder North, and is PRINCE2 qualified with 15 years experience in project and management related roles.  He is based in Highland Council’s offices in Inverness.

Graeme previously worked for BT Global Services, Royal Bank of Scotland and Royal Mail where he held various roles which included UK wide project, service, infrastructure and quality management.

He joined Pathfinder in April 2005 as Project Officer during the procurement phase of the project, before becoming the Project Manager in January 2007.

Partner Teams

The project was supported by local Partner teams within the local authorities, who undertook their enabling works and assisted the Contractor in providing their network solution.
